Initial immigration consultations typically last up to one hour and are subject to a flat fee of $1,020.00 CAD (plus applicable GST/HST). However, citizenship-by-descent consultations often require additional analysis so they are instead billed on a hourly basis. Mr. Chang's hourly rate is $1,020.00 CAD/hour (plus applicable GST/HST). Although Mr. Chang tries to complete his analysis within the first hour, it often takes two to three hours to perform the necessary analysis. However, he will provide you with a written legal opinion upon completion of the analysis.
Once you have scheduled your consultation, we will contact you in order to request your credit card information. The initial consultation fee (plus GST/HST, if applicable) must be paid before your consultation takes place.
