Henry Chang Speaks on Treaty Traders/Treaty Investors in a Down Economy (February 23, 2010)

On February 23, 2010 (2:00pm – 3:30pm Eastern Time), Henry J. Chang will be participating in an audio seminar sponsored by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”), along with attorneys Barbara Bower and William Coffman.
